Our delivery promise
At PureStora, every parcel travels through a network designed for reliability, transparency and minimal environmental impact. We partner with leading Indian logistics providers and ship pan-India to deliver your sustainable essentials safely and on time.
Sustainable packaging. Wherever possible we ship in recycled, recyclable or biodegradable packaging and consolidate items into a single carton to reduce courier-mile emissions.
Shipping address & contact details
To help us deliver your order without delay, please provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout, including:
- Full name of the recipient
- House / flat number, street and landmark
- City, state and 6-digit PIN code
- An active mobile number reachable by the courier
- A valid email ID for tracking updates and invoices
Please verify your PIN code and contact number before placing the order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses are the most common cause of failed deliveries.
Once an order is placed, the shipping address can be edited only until the order is packed for dispatch. After dispatch, we cannot guarantee delivery to a revised address.
Order processing & dispatch
In-stock items
If the items in your order are in stock at the seller’s warehouse, your order is typically packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days from the time of order confirmation. Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Made-to-order or back-ordered items
Certain artisanal, handmade or back-ordered products on PureStora are produced on demand. In such cases, the order is dispatched within up to 10 working days from the time it is placed. The product page will indicate this lead time wherever applicable, and our team will keep you informed by email.
Multi-vendor orders
PureStora is a curated marketplace. If your order contains products from more than one vendor, each shipment may move on its own timeline and you may receive your items in separate parcels. Each shipment is tracked individually.
Dispatch confirmation
As soon as your package is handed over to the courier partner, we will send you a dispatch confirmation by email and SMS, along with the tracking number and a live tracking link.
Delivery timelines
Once your order is dispatched, our courier partners will attempt delivery between Monday and Saturday, 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are based on real-time courier ETDs (estimated time of delivery) and are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery may vary based on courier serviceability and the conditions described in Section 09.
Pin-code serviceability
We currently ship to most PIN codes across India through our courier-partner network. PIN-code serviceability is determined in real time at checkout. If your area is non-serviceable, you will see a clear message and will not be able to complete the order to that address.
We do not currently ship to international addresses, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes. PureStora reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order to any location that becomes non-serviceable after order placement, with a full refund of the amount paid.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges, when applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery PIN code, the weight and dimensions of the order, and the courier mode (standard / express / COD). The exact shipping fee is always shown to you on the cart and checkout pages before payment.
From time to time PureStora runs free-shipping promotions on qualifying orders. Such promotions, when live, will be displayed clearly on the product, cart or checkout page and on our home page banner. Free-shipping eligibility, threshold amounts and applicable PIN codes are determined at the sole discretion of PureStora.
All shipping charges are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available on serviceable pin codes for orders that meet the following criteria:
To keep COD reliable for everyone, COD eligibility may be temporarily withdrawn for an account after 2 cancelled COD orders or 3 RTO (return-to-origin) / refused COD orders. Customers who lose COD eligibility can continue to pay using any of our online payment methods.
Tracking your order
Every shipment dispatched from PureStora is fully trackable from pickup to delivery.
- You will receive an order-confirmation email immediately after placing the order.
- Once the parcel is handed over to the courier partner, you will receive a dispatch email and SMS with a tracking link and AWB number.
- You can also track your order anytime from My Orders in your PureStora account, or as a guest from the link in your order email.
- Out-for-delivery and delivered notifications are sent automatically by SMS and email.
Delivery delays & exceptions
While we work hard to honour our delivery estimates, delivery times are subject to factors beyond our control, including:
- Severe weather, natural disasters, civil disturbances, transport strikes or pandemics
- Courier-partner operational delays, hub closures or route diversions
- Local restrictions, lockdowns or government orders that limit movement
- Incomplete or incorrect addresses, unreachable contact numbers, or customers unavailable at the delivery address
- Delays in fulfilment by a third-party vendor for vendor-shipped items
In such situations we will keep you informed and work with our courier partners to deliver your shipment as soon as conditions allow.
Non-delivery, RTO & re-attempts
Our courier partners typically make up to three delivery attempts on consecutive working days. If all attempts fail because the recipient is unavailable, the address is incorrect/incomplete, or the COD order is refused, the parcel is returned to origin (RTO).
- Prepaid orders that RTO are restocked and a full refund of the product value is initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of the parcel being received back.
- COD orders that RTO are restocked and the order is closed. No payment was collected.
- Repeated RTOs on the same account may lead to COD being disabled for that account, as described in Section 07.
If you anticipate being unavailable to receive a delivery, please contact us at support@purestora.com as early as possible so we can hold or reschedule the shipment where the courier permits.
Receiving & inspecting your order
To protect you and your order, we strongly recommend that you:
- Inspect the outer packaging for visible damage or tampering before accepting the parcel.
- For damaged or tampered parcels, take clear photos of the outer box and the courier slip and contact us within 48 hours.
- Unbox in a single, continuous video where the product value is high — this makes resolution easier in the rare case of an issue.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Any concern about a damaged, missing or incorrect product should be raised under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
