The fabric is organic cotton certified by GOTS. Eco Femme states the back layer features leak-proofing with PUL (polyurethane laminate). The top layer and inner layers are un-dyed and unbleached. According to Eco Femme, the product will last approximately 75 – 100 washes, or 3 - 5 years, depending on usage and care. With this purchase, you help provide menstrual education and cloth pads to economically disadvantaged women through the Pad for Pad and Pad for Sisters programme.
