Eco Femme states this product is certified by GOTS Global Organic Textile Standard. The pads feature leak proofing with PUL (polyurethane laminate) on the back layer. The top layer and the inner layers are un-dyed and unbleached. According to Eco Femme, the pads will last approximately 75 – 10 washes. This purchase contributes to the Pad for Pad and Pad for Sisters programme, which provides menstrual education and cloth pads to economically disadvantaged women.
