The Natural Day pad - Twin Pack is a reusable cloth menstrual pad designed for medium flow and daytime use. It is made from organic cotton certified by GOTS Global Organic Textile Standard and features leak proofing with a polyurethane laminate (PUL) back layer. Each pack contains 2 pads, which are suitable for average flow.

Eco Femme’s Day pad consists of 6 absorbent layers (1 top layer + 5 inner layers). The top layer and the inner layers are undyed and unbleached. Eco Femme states that the pads will last approximately 75 – 100 washes, or 3 - 5 years, depending on usage and care.
